『MZY』 A successful story of three brothers
16 years ago, leaving hometown Yi-Lan and starting the apprenticeship in Mr. and Mrs. Lin’s Xia Gang Ye Mutton restaurant, the Lai brothers now owe three Mo Zai Yang restaurants in Taipei. Recording how Mo Zai Yang was named, the second brother said in 1992 after the completion of his apprenticeship, Mr. Lin approved the brothers of operating their own restaurants. Mr. Lin gave the brothers an opening-gift, a sign written “Come in, we Zai Yang. If not, you Mo Zai Yang.” “Zai Yang” in Taiwanese means “butcher a sheep.” “Mo Zai Yang” is “never know the taste of their mutton dishes.” The tongue-twist sign attracted many attentions and latter on became the name of the brothers’ restaurants.

Culture of Mutton Dishes
From ancient times, human beings have already learned the abundant nutrition values of Mutton. And mutton dishes ware always selected as a part on Emperors’ menu. In order to provide customers the best dishes, MZY select mutton imported only from Australia and New Zealand which are non-polluted environments. Besides, preparing dishes with traditional skills and locally-made sauces, MZY’s high standard mutton dishes have been recognized by customers since 1992.

Therefore, MZY commit to use mutton raised in Australian Range, Orster, which is also chosen as the mutton supplier by many 5-star hotels. However, customers are offered more reasonable prices here!

Keeping the tidy environment is always the first priority of MZY. Firstly, MZY adopt Italy-imported UHT (Utra-high temperature sterilization) dish-washer. Secondly, MZY operate with open kitchens for all to learn how we prepare food. Thirdly, with the professional POS system, MZY successfully improve the accuracy of orderings and payment settings.

3.Tasty:
MZY use the most delicious part of a sheep for all dishes. Besides, the sauces selected are exclusively supplied from Southern Taiwan Gang Shan Area. MZY also collect recipes from all parts of Taiwan so that when customers come to MZY, MZY make customers feel already visiting all mutton restaurants among Taiwan.
